Production time is 10-12 working days, this gives us adequate time to send our customers detailed proofs of how the logos will look on the garments, create digitised embroidery files and run samples to ensure quality. If your order is ready earlier, we will despatch it as soon as we can. Delivery is always next working day by DPD.

If your order is required for a certain date/function/event that is less than our normal production time please let us know when you order, we’ll do our very best to meet your deadlines.
PLAIN GOODS WITH NO CUSTOMISATION
Typically, plain goods are despatched next working day.
When providing artwork for embroidery please ensure that any artwork provided is clear, especially in the cases where there may be fine detail or text. If we can’t read or see it properly it’s very hard to trace and recreate it.
BUNDLE ORDER LOGO CHARGES
WE’VE TRIED TO MAKE OUR LOGO CHARGES AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE.
Your FREE logo is either a cheast, arm or nape of neck logo, all large front and back logos are always charged for.
You free logo is 12cm x 12 wide (standard cheast logo size) + FREE SETUP CHARGE (Normally £18)
Your FREE embroidered logo must fit within a 12cm diameter and be 10000 stiches or less, all additional logos, thereafter, must also fit within a 12cm circle (except large front and back logos which must be one line of text only 25cm long). All additional logos have a charge for each embroidery. Please email to Sales@uniforms-online.co.uk for any other size embroidered logo.
All charges are per garment and exclude VAT.
We use DPD couriers who provide you with full tracking once your order is dispatched. On the morning of the date of delivery you will receive an email or text message, giving you a one-hour window in which you can expect your order to be delivered.
DPD can also make alternative arrangements with you, such as changing the delivery date or leaving instructions to deliver with a neighbour as you require.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER BEFORE RECEIVING GOODS
WHEN ITEMS ARE BEING CUSTOMISED
If you need to cancel your order you can do so at any time. You may incur charges if your order has already been partially started and garments have already been customised. In cases where the order hasn’t reached production stage you would be entitled to a full refund.
To provide an efficient service to our customers, Uniforms-Online applies the following procedure and policies for the return of goods.
Uniforms-Online will accept the return of embroidered or printed goods only if they are faulty.
ALL GARMENTS MUST BE CLEAN AND WITH ANY ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
If you wish to return any item, please contact Uniforms-Online by phone or email to arrange a returns number.
We do not accept the return of garments specially manufactured, embroidered or printed either by Uniforms-Online or the customer, or clearance items. Uniforms-Online does not accept return carriage charges unless previously agreed before return of garments. We appreciate your help and co-operation in providing this service to our customers.
We want you to get the best result from your logos so consequently we may have to ask you for different formats, or in some cases alter your logo a little, to gain the best results for you. We will always discuss these changes with you and show you a proof to make sure you understand the changes and are 100% happy before we proceed into production.
Who organises the return?
If you have received the wrong items or they are faulty, we will arrange collection of the items.
You must organise the return of items to us for any other reason.
Products we’re unable to accept back
We will replace any customised item if it is faulty. But otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customised items unless they are faulty.
How to make a return
- Contact our Customer Service team by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please add order number so we can quickly find your account.
- We will send you a return note for free. You need to return this with your garments for them to be processed efficiently.
- Return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging.
- Then leave it to us. We will give you a full refund by the same method you originally used to pay for your order. We aim to complete the refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
- If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and will not authorise a return.
- Delivery surcharges are considered a customer preference (e.g. Pre-10 delivery) and will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty.
